About me

My name is Flaviah Campos.  I am not a doctor and I am not a nutritionist, so you must be wondering why in the world is a psychology major that not too long ago was working as a professional organizer be now so interested in health and wellness? My interest in the subject started back in 2011 when I was 44 and late for my first mammogram since it is recommended to be done after the age of 40.  So, after my first mammogram for my total surprise it was positive and I was told I had DCIS, which is an early stage of breast cancer and needed to do a lumpectomy right away.  Needless to say I was in shock!  At the time I thought I was super healthy, I had none of the characteristics of person in risk of getting the disease.  I was thin, I exercised, I didn’t drink, I had no history of breast cancer in the family and in my head I was too freaking young to have cancer!

Integrative Health Coaching


Integrative Health Coaching empowers you to make lasting behavior changes that are the basis of lifelong wellness.  It is what bridges a medical recommendation or your own knowing of what you “should do” and your ability to successfully implement those recommendations or goals into your life.

HOW DOES Integrative Health Coaching WORK?

Integrated Health Coaches work with all the different areas of a person’s life, in other words, the whole person.  They are the mentors and wellness authorities that help their clients feel their best by tailoring individualized wellness programs.  They help facilitate behavior change in a supportive partnership between you and your coach.  Your coach will help you to identify the obstacles that are not allowing you to change and create the life you say you want.  Sessions can take place over the telephone, via Skype or in person.
